Zum 01.08.2025 suchen wir dich für das Duale Studium „Bachelor of Science“ Wirtschaftsinformatik (m/w/d) an der IBS Oldenburg inkl. Ausbildung zum Fachinformatikern für Systemintegration (m/w/d).
Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst je nach Interessensschwerpunkt Aufgaben rund um Systems-, Security- und Infrastructure-Services
- Du kümmerst dich um die Bereitstellung von passgenauen IT-Systemen, die Umsetzung und stetige Weiterentwicklung von Security-Konzepten
- Du stellst eine performante und ausfallsichere IT-Infrastruktur sicher
- Du beschäftigst dich mit Technologien der Microsoft-Infrastruktur, wie z.B.: AD, Exchange, Remotedesktop, Fileserver, SQL - on premises oder Microsoft 365 (Cloud)
Was bieten wir dir?
- Du studierst 7 Semester an einer privaten Berufsakademie (IBS Oldenburg), die mit privaten Dozierenden arbeitet und das Studium praxisnah an den heutigen Anforderungen der Wirtschaft ausrichtet
- Du bist im Wechsel 10 Wochen in der Akademiephase und 16 Wochen in der Praxisphase
- Du durchläufst die verschiedenen Tätigkeitsbereiche der SSI Solutions und arbeitest bereits nach kurzer Zeit in Projektteams an IT-Lösungen und deren fachgerechter und benutzerfreundlicher Umsetzung
- Du arbeitest bei einem internen Systemprovider für eine krisensichere Unternehmensgruppe, die auf eine fast 100-jährige Geschichte zurückblicken kann
- Du lernst den Job von Grund auf kennen und wirst durch unser Mentoring-Programm von unseren Kollegen in alle Bereiche der IT eingearbeitet
- Du erhältst eine zukunftssichere Aufgabe mit großem Gestaltungsspielraum und vielen Entwicklungsperspektiven in einer innovativen und dynamisch wachsenden Unternehmensgruppe

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du interessierst dich für IT-Systeme und hast Spaß an neuer Technik
- Du bist bereit, täglich dein Bestes zu geben, neues zu lernen und dich stetig weiterzuentwickeln
- Du verfügst über ein (Fach-)Abitur und hast großes Interesse an IT-technischen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen
- Du bist team- und kommunikationsfähig, kannst analytisch und strukturiert denken und arbeiten
- Du zeichnest dich durch ein hohes Maß an Selbstorganisation und Engagement aus
- Ein Führerschein (Klasse B) ist vorteilhaft, aber nicht zwingend notwendig

Can other companies see where else I have applied?
No, companies can only see the applications they have received.
Can I also contact the company's contact person directly?
Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
