Praktikum - Junior Consultant Strategie & Restrukturierung (m/w/d)
Wir bieten Dir interessante Einblicke in die Unternehmensberatung: Du begleitest die Berater und sammelst als Teil des Teams wertvolle Erfahrungen in anspruchsvollen Kundenprojekten. Mit Deinem Praktikum von drei bis sechs Monaten setzt Du die Basis für eine weiterführende Werkstudententätigkeit oder den Einstieg als Consultant nach Abschluss Deines Studiums.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt die Beraterteams bei der operativen Projektarbeit an unserem Standort in Starnberg oder beim Kunden vor Ort
- Dabei übernimmst Du Aufgaben bei der Umsetzung ganzheitlicher Strategie- und Restrukturierungsprojekte
- Gemeinsam mit Dir entwickeln wir Geschäfts- und Finanzierungsmodelle, um unsere Kunden zukunftsfähig aufzustellen
- Du übernimmst außerdem detaillierte Unternehmens-, Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen und unterstützt uns bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Kundenterminen
- Neben dem Engagement im Team und beim Kunden hast Du auch die Möglichkeit, an der Weiterentwicklung unseres Unternehmens zu arbeiten

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist aktuell im Bachelor- oder Masterstudium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder in einem vergleichbaren Studiengang eingeschrieben
- Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office 365 – insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
- Idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrungen in der Beratung, Wirtschaftsprüfung oder Industrie
- Interesse an den Themen Restrukturierung, Strategie und Profit Improvement
- Engagement, interkulturelles Verständnis und ausgeprägte Kommunikationskompetenzen
- Hohe Reisebereitschaft
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills. In the job search you can use the language filter to find jobs without German language requirements. It is also helpful to provide language certificates.
