Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie sind verantwortlich für Supportaufgaben im 1st und 2nd Level Bereich, führen die eigenständige Analyse und Problemlösung durch, qualifizieren Tickets für Fachteams vor und dokumentieren die Tätigkeiten im Ticketsystem der jeweiligen Kund:innen
- Sie unterstützen gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team das lokale Admin-Team unserer Kund:innen aus dem Mittelstand oder übernehmen die Administration komplett
- Sie betreuen mit uns Kund:innen im 1st und 2nd Level Support mit im Regelfall 100-500 IT Seats
- Sie übernehmen ganztägige Termine bei unseren Kund:innen vor Ort in deren internen IT-Abteilung

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben Ihre Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration (m/w/d) oder gleichwertig erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Sie verfügen über mindestens 1 Jahr Praxiserfahrung den Bereichen Erfahrungen im 1st und/oder 2nd Level Support, Erfahrungen im End-User-Support, Ticketsysteme (z.B. Zammad, Mantis Bugtracker, OTRS), Microsoft Produktpalette (Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11), Virtualisierung (VMware vSphere, MS Hyper-V), Microsoft Terminal Services bzw. Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop, Backup (Veeam B&R), Softwareverteilung (baramundi, Matrix42) und/ oder Security (Sophos)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
