Was erwartet dich?
- Du trägst die zentrale Verantwortung für die Umsetzung der strategischen Weiterentwicklung unserer E-Commerce Plattform
- Du bist zuständig für die Konzeption, Planung und Koordination innovativer Plattformfunktionen und Tools, überwachst die Onlineshops und deren Aufbau und bringst neuen Input ein
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Entwicklung neuer E-Commerce-Vertriebswege und steuerst Entwicklung, externe Dienstleistungen sowie das Qualitätsmanagement
- Du gibst Reporting von Kennzahlen, leitest entsprechende Maßnahmen inkl. Preismanagement ab und betreibst Trendscouting im E-Commerce
- Du koordinierst E-Commerce-Projekte in Zusammenarbeit mit Kund:innen und E-Commerce-Partner:innen und fungierst in der Schnittstelle zwischen Marketing, IT und Vertrieb

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im E-Commerce und/oder IT-Projektmanagement und besitzt Erfahrung sowie Begeisterung für Plattformen, Online-Shops und E-Commerce Prozesse
- Du verfügst im Idealfall über Kenntnisse im Bereich Onlinemarketing, SEO und von der Implementierung neuer Systeme sowie der Position entsprechend über Erfahrung im Vertrieb, mit der Bereitschaft, dein Fachwissen kontinuierlich zu erweitern
- Du zeigst ausgeprägte konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie analytisches Verständnis und Spaß an bereichsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit
- Du hast Lust auf kreatives Mitgestalten in einem dynamischen Umfeld mit großer Verantwortung für den Unternehmenserfolg
- Du zeichnest dich durch Kommunikationsstärke und eine eigenverantwortliche, lösungsorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
