Als IT-Supporter bist du die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kunden und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Betrieb ihrer IT-Umgebung. Du analysierst und behebst auftretende Störungen schnell und effektiv und berätst unsere Kunden kompetent bei allen IT-Fragen. Wir bieten dir eine abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit in einem dynamischen Team und die Möglichkeit, dich fachlich weiterzuentwickeln. Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist für unsere mittelständischen Kund:innen der erste Ansprechpartner – von der Erstinstallation bis hin zur Fehleranalyse
- Du begleitest unsere Kund:innen bei Migrationen und Einführung neuer Lösungen und führst gelegentlich Vor-Ort-Besuche durch
- Du überwachst die Umgebung unserer Kund:innen und hältst die Systeme auf aktuellem Stand
- Du koordinierst die Administration und den IT-Support, bei Bedarf im Team und betreust deine festen Kund:innen auch vor Ort
- Du wirst durch einen erfahrenen Kollegen fundiert eingearbeitet

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker und bringst mindestens 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung mit
- Du bewegst dich sicher in den IT-Landschaften Microsoft Server-Systemen, Microsoft Active Directory samt Gruppenrichtlinien
- Du bist kommunikativ, hast Freude am Umgang mit Kunden und lebst spürbar unseren Serviceanspruch
- Du hast Erfahrung in der technischen Betreuung, insbesondere in den Bereichen Erstinstallation und Fehleranalyse
- Du denkst analytisch, projekt- und lösungsorientiert und arbeitest strukturiert und selbstständig
- Du besitzt den Führerschein der Klasse B und bist bereit, bei Bedarf tageweise zu reisen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
