Was erwartet Sie?
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von nachhaltigen Lösungsansätzen und Prozessen, insbesondere auf Immobilien- und Portfolio-, aber auch Unternehmensebene
- Eigenständige Projektvorbereitung, -begleitung und -auswertung (Projektmanagement)
- Durchführung von Ausschreibungen, Begleitung von Rahmenvertragsverhandlungen und Steuerung von Dienstleistern
- Durchführung/Steuerung der DGNB-Nachhaltigkeitszertifizierung „Gebäude im Betrieb“ sowie Ausarbeitung von Klimaschutzfahrplänen
- Übernahme von ESG-bezogenen Sonderaufgaben, wie z. B. Budgetplanung, Wirtschaftlichkeitsuntersuchungen und Konzeptentwicklungen
- Research im Bereich nachhaltiger Bestandsimmobilien (Ansätze, Dienstleister, Entwicklungen etc.)

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Umwelt-, Wirtschafts- oder Ingenieurwissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs, wie z. B. nachhaltiges Immobilienmanagement, Klimagerechtes Bauen und Betreiben, Planung nachhaltiger Gebäude, Immobilienwirtschaft, Bauingenieurwesen etc.
- Idealerweise Berufserfahrungen bei einem Immobilienunternehmen oder Dienstleister oder Werkstudententätigkeit
- Idealerweise verfügen Sie über Grundkenntnisse in gängigen Standards und Anforderungen wie DGNB, CRREM
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1)
- Gute MS Office-Kenntnisse, Kommunikations- und schriftliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit
- Strukturierte und selbstorganisierte Arbeitsweise
- Zuverlässigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
