Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst selbstständig die telefonische Kundenansprache und unterstützt das Team in der Kundenakquise
- Du terminierst die ersten Produktpräsentationen und arbeitest eng mit unserem Vertriebsteam zusammen
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für den ersten Teil des Sales Cycles, von der Terminorganisation bis hin zur Vor- und Nachbereitung deiner Termine
- Du verstehst die Herausforderung der Kunden und bearbeitest gewissenhaft alle Anfragen
- Du berätst kleine und große Unternehmen in den Kategorien Wohnbaugesellschaften, Asset Management, Wohnungsgenossenschaften, öffentliche Hand und Facility Management
- Du stellst die Dokumentation deiner Kundenkommunikation in unserem CRM-System sicher

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du studierst und suchst einen Nebenjob – oder stehst am Anfang deiner beruflichen Laufbahn und möchtest praktische Erfahrung in einem dynamischen Umfeld sammeln.
- Du hast bereits erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Sales und Kundenakquise gesammelt und bist mit den grundlegenden Prozessen vertraut. Ein sicheres Auftreten, Kommunikationsstärke und eine proaktive Arbeitsweise setzen wir voraus.
- Das Arbeiten in einem CRM-System stellt für dich kein Problem dar
- Du kannst dich kommunikativ auf unterschiedliche Persönlichkeiten einstellen
- Du arbeitest selbstständig und strukturiert
- Du sprichst Deutsch auf C2 Niveau

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
