Für unser Partnerunternehmen in der IT-Branche suchen wir duale Masterstudenten (m/w/d) für das Programm "Professional Software Engineering (M.Sc.)" in Kombination mit dem Jobeinstieg als Junior Softwareentwickler (m/w/d).
Das Programm ist ideal für alle, die ein IT-Studium abgeschlossen haben, bereits über erste Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung verfügen und sich in Richtung cloud-native Welt orientieren möchten.
Themen wie die cloud-native Softwareentwicklung, Frontend-Design, neueste Methodik in Requirements-Engineering und Softwarearchitektur, Projektmanagement und Consulting bieten die perfekte Grundlage für den nächsten Karriereschritt.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du wirst ein vollwertiges Mitglied im IT-Team unseres Partnerunternehmens und wirkst aktiv bei der digitalen Transformation des Unternehmens mit
- Du entwickelst und modernisierst die UI des selbstentwickelten ERP Systems im Rahmen der Digitalisierungsstrategie unseres Partnerunternehmens
- Du arbeitest an KI-Projekten des Unternehmens (hier u. a. im Bereich F&E, Serienproduktion, neue Produkte, etc.)
- Du übernimmst Aufgaben im IT-Security Umfeld
Im Studium:
Die Module des M.Sc. PSE umfassen:
- Cloud Computing und aktuelle Datenbanksysteme
- Agiles Software-Engineering (inkl. eines zweisemestrigen Softwareprojekts)
- Frontend-Entwicklung
- Backend-Entwicklung
- Moderne Softwarearchitektur und -entwicklung (z.B. Front-/Backend-Entwicklung)
- 3 Semester berufsbegleitendes Studium plus 6 Monate Masterthesis
- Theoriephasen in Blockseminaren am Salamander Areal in Kornwestheim sowie online (hybrides Modell, Aufteilung ca. 50:50)
- Praxisbezogene Lehre durch Professor:innen der Fakultät Informatik der Hochschule Reutlingen sowie renommierte Expert:innen aus der Praxis
- Eine tolle (Lern-) Atmosphäre in kleinen Gruppen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über eine kunden- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent
- Du bist hoch motiviert und arbeitest gerne mit anderen zusammen
- Du möchtest Verantwortung übernehmen, hast gute Kenntnisse in der App- und Web-App-Entwicklung mit Dart und Flutter zur Umsetzung performanter Cross-Plattform Apps und idealerweise Erfahrung in der Anwendungsentwicklung im Zusammenspiel mit relationalen Datenbanken
Für das Studium:
- Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem anderen Studiengang mit Informatikanteilen von mind. 45 ECTS
- Erste Erfahrungen in der Software-Entwicklung
- Begeisterung für neue Technologien und Spaß am Programmieren
- Motivation und Lernbereitschaft
- Nachgewiesene Englischkenntnisse Niveau B2 (nach GER) gemäß der Sprachensatzung der Hochschule Reutlingen
- ggf. nachgewiesene Deutschkenntnisse Niveau C1 (nach GER) gemäß der Sprachensatzung der Hochschule Reutlingen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
