Was erwartet dich?
- Du dokumentierst, prozessierst und analysierst die eingegangenen Kund:innenanfragen auf sämtlichen Kanälen (z.B. E-Mail, Kontaktformular)
- Du qualifizierst nicht-dokumentierte Problemfälle und leitest diese gemäß definierten Prozessen und Prozeduren an das Development Team im Headquarter weiter
- Du führst geplante Rückrufe an Kund:innen und Stakeholder durch und bearbeitest deren Anfragen und Problemfälle
- Du stellst ein regelmäßiges Statusupdate bezüglich der Fälle an die Kund:innen sicher
- Du unterstützt und trainierst Kolleg:innen im Home User Team und nimmst an der Rufbereitschaft teil

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-Umfeld oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in der Administration von Microsoft Server-Systemen
- Du hast erweiterte Kenntnisse im Bereich Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, SharePoint, SQL-Datenbank und MAC OS
- Du kannst idealerweise eine Zertifizierung in MCSA Windows Server / LPIC vorweisen
- Du arbeitest effizient und strukturiert und bist teamfähig
- Du hast eine hohe Auffassungsgabe und kannst dich schnell in komplexen IT-Umgebungen orientieren
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
