Werkstudent Sales Operations / Business Development (m/w/d)
Deine Aufgaben:
- Kundenkommunikation: Unterstützung bei der direkten Kundeninteraktion per E-Mail oder Telefon und Hilfe bei der Vorbereitung vertrieblicher Kommunikation.
- Unterlagen-Erstellung: Erstellen von Präsentationen in PowerPoint oder Google Slides, um unsere Verkaufsstrategie zu unterstützen.
- CRM-Pflege: Aktualisierung und Verwaltung wichtiger Daten in unserem CRM-System (Salesforce) – Vorerfahrung ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss.
- Content-Kreation: Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Social-Media-Posts, Unternehmensnewslettern und weiteren Kommunikationsmaßnahmen.
- Organisation: Terminplanung, Bearbeitung eingehender E-Mails und Mitwirkung bei internen sowie externen Meetings.
- Teamwork: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleg:innen und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten an spannenden Projekten.

Dein Profil:
- Du bist eingeschriebene/r Student/in, vorzugsweise in den Bereichen BWL, Marketing oder Psychologie.
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) und idealerweise in der Google Suite.
- Kommunikationsstärke und Spaß am Umgang mit Kunden, sowohl intern als auch extern.
- Eigeninitiative und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise – du bekommst jedoch eine intensive Einarbeitung.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
