Übernehmen Sie die Betreuung und das Management von Fachanwendungen über unser Ticketsystem. Priorisieren und bearbeiten Sie eingehende Anfragen selbstständig und entwickeln Lösungsstrategien für komplexe technische Probleme. - Problembehandlung und Userverwaltung:
Identifizieren und lösen Sie spezialisierte Userprobleme. Verwalten und überwachen Sie Userkonten und Zugriffsrechte, um Sicherheit und Konformität zu gewährleisten. - Dokumentation und Reporting:
Erstellen Sie detaillierte Dokumentationen und technische Auswertungen zur ständigen Verbesserung unserer IT-Supportprozesse und zur Unterstützung strategischer Entscheidungen.

- Ausbildung:
Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem der folgenden Bereiche: Fachinformatik, IT-System-Kaufmann, Informatikkaufmann oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. - Analytische Kompetenz:
Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, gepaart mit einer systematischen, strukturierten und selbstständigen Arbeitsweise. - Sprachkenntnisse:
