Was erwartet dich?
- Fachübergreifend: Mathematik, Statistik, Physik, Informatik, u.v.m.
- Betriebswirtschaftlich: BWL, VWL, Finanz- & Rechnungswesen, Controlling, Recht, Marketing, Qualitätsmanagement, Projektmanagement, Unternehmensführung, u.v.m.
- Technisch: Mechanik, Konstruktion, Elektrotechnik, Innovationsmanagement, Produktmanagement, Logistik & Supply-Chain Management, u.v.m.
- Vertiefung im 3. Studienjahr: Produktion & Logistik
- Du erlernst technische Grundfertigkeiten in unserem Ausbildungscenter (feilen, sägen, bohren, drehen, fräsen, zuschneiden, stanzen, umformen).
- Du lernst technische Zeichnungen zu lesen, zu verstehen und zu erstellen und wirst in unterschiedliche Konstruktionsprogramme und CAD eingeführt.
- Du lernst unsere Produktions- und Fertigungsbereiche (Fräs- & Blechcenter, Pulverbeschichtung, Montage, Versand) kennen.
- Du wirkst bei der Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung von Produktionsaufträgen mit.
- Du durchläufst die Verwaltungsbereiche (z.B. Finanzwesen, Controlling, Marketing, Personal) und erhältst Einblicke in den Einkauf.
- Im Vertrieb unterstützt du bei der Realisierung unserer Kundenprojekte von der Auftragserstellung bis hin zu Auftragsabwicklung.
- Du erhältst vertiefende Einblicke in die gesamte Supply Chain wie Intralogistik, Distributionslogistik, Werks- und Materialflussplanung sowie in die Qualitätssicherung und Prozessbetreuung.
- Du bist bei der Mitarbeit und Durchführung von Projekten dabei.

- Du hast einen erfolgreich abgeschlossenen Bildungsabschluss (Abitur/Fachabitur/Fachhochschulreife oder vergleichbar) in der Tasche.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
