Messgerätefertiger im Bereich der Dichtheitsprüfung (m/w/d)
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie montieren individuelle Leck-Testgeräte nach Planvorgabe, verbauen Pneumatik-Komponenten und Sensoren für Druck, Differenzdruck und Durchfluss und konfigurieren sowie testen Schnittstellen wie z. B. „Profinet“
- Sie überprüfen jedes fertiggestellte Messgerät auf Funktion und Qualität, kalibrieren die Messtechnik und erstellen die Dokumentation und Prüfzertifikate
- Sie bearbeiten den Auftragseingang in der Messgerätefertigung, erstellen die Produktionsunterlagen für die Fertigung der Messgeräte und sind zuständig für die Terminabwicklung und fachgerechte Abwicklung der Messgerätefertigung
- Sie weisen neue Mitarbeitende ein, kommissionieren die Bauteile für die Fertigung, verteilen Arbeiten an die Fertigungsmitarbeitenden und sorgen für die zeitgerechte Zuführung der Bauteile
- Sie halten Qualitätsrichtlinien und betriebliche Produktionsrichtlinien ein, kontrollieren die Entwicklungs- und Planungsvorgaben auf Richtigkeit, Einhaltung und Umsetzbarkeit, überwachen den Lagerbestand und veranlassen Materialnachbestellungen
- Sie entwickeln Sonderfernbedienungen und Adapterleitungen, proben neue Hardware in Verbindung mit der Gruppe Hardwareentwicklung aus, lösen technische Probleme und verbessern kontinuierlich die Infrastruktur in der Fertigung

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Mechatronik, Mechanik oder Elektronik oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation und erste Berufserfahrungen in der Führung von kleineren Teams
- Sie verfügen idealerweise über einen Abschluss zum Meister (m/w/d) oder Techniker (m/w/d) in den Bereichen Mechatronik, Mechanik oder Elektronik oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation
- Sie sind motiviert und lernbereit und haben idealerweise Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Messmitteln, Pneumatik und/oder Hardware und Software
- Sie verfügen über ein ausgeprägtes handwerkliches Geschick und achten stets auf höchste Qualität und Kundenzufriedenheit

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
