In dieser Position installierst, konfigurierst und wartest du IT-Systeme für KMU-Kund:innen, hauptsächlich remote in Berlin und Brandenburg. Du bist verantwortlich für die Verwaltung von Windows-Systemen, Netzwerklösungen und Sicherheitsrichtlinien. Zudem begleitest du IT-Projekte von der Presales-Phase bis zur Implementierung und unterstützt Kund:innen bei fachlichen Fragen und IT-Problemen.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du installierst, konfigurierst und wartest IT-Systeme für KMU-Kund:innen in Berlin und Brandenburg für gewöhnlich remote, gelegentlich auch mal vor Ort (max. 10-20 %),
- Du verwaltest und wartest Windowssysteme, einschließlich Aktualisierungen, Patches und Datensicherung
- Du analysierst, planst, implementierst und überwachst Netzwerklösungen für Kund:innen, einschließlich Firewall-Konfiguration und VPN-Einrichtung (Schwerpunkt Watchguard Firewalls, Netgear Switche, UniFi Switche und UniFi Access Points)
- Du implementierst und überwachst Sicherheitsrichtlinien und Datenschutzstandards für Kund:innen und unterstützt unseren Vertrieb durch technische Expertise
- Du begleitest IT-Projekte von der Presales-Phase bis zur Implementierung und bist auch bei fachlichen Fragen für unsere Bestandskund:innen da, sowie identifizierst und behebst IT-Probleme bei Kund:innen, sowohl remote als auch vor Ort
- Du erstellst und pflegst die technische Dokumentation und Systemdokumentation sowie erarbeitest neue Konzepte zur Optimierung von IT-Systemen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene IT-orientierte Berufsausbildung z.B. Fachinformatiker Systemintegration (m/w/d) oder ein vergleichbares Studium (z. B. Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Software Engineering) und besitzt qualifizierte Berufserfahrungen (mindestens 5 Jahre) im genannten Aufgabenbereich inklusive Projekterfahrungen
- Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse mit Windows Server und Virtualisierungstechnologien wie VMware oder Hyper-V sowie Verständnis für Netzwerktopologien, Routing und Switching, Firewall-Konfiguration und VPN
- Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Microsoft on Premise und Cloud mit und hast die Fähigkeit, komplexe IT-Probleme zu analysieren und Lösungen effizient zu entwickeln
- Du besitzt wünschenswerter Weise Kenntnisse mit RMM-Systemen sowie gute Kenntnisse mit Sicherheitskonzepten und -technologien, einschließlich Antivirus- und Intrusionserkennungssystemen
- Du bringst überdurchschnittliches Engagement und Zielstrebigkeit mit, hast ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative sowie eine sehr hohe Analysefähigkeit kombiniert mit einer strukturierten und qualitätsbewussten Arbeitsweise
- Du bist zuverlässig, kommunikativ und kooperativ und hast die Bereitschaft zur Zusammenarbeit im Team und zur Unterstützung von Junior-Administrator:innen
- Du hast fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
