Was erwartet Dich?
- Du unterstützt bei der Präzisierung des Service Offering Portfolios für Mittelstandskunden und der Entwicklung der Customer Journey
- Du arbeitest dich in die Prüfdienstleistungen ein und unterstützt bei der Standardisierung für Klein- und Mittelstandskunden
- Du optimierst das Angebotstool und das CRM
- Du bearbeitest Kundenanfragen und begleitest im Erfolgsfall Projekte bis zur Abrechnung
- Du unterstützt uns bei der Entwicklung und dem Ausbau unserer Kundenbasis im Bereich regionaler SMB-Kunden
- Du agierst sehr selbstständig im Bereich Vertrieb und Produktmanagement

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du bist eine sehr unternehmerische, vertriebsorientierte Person, die sich in einem kleinen Unternehmen konstruktiv einbringen will und hast mindestens 4 Monate Zeit und Motivation
- Du bist sehr IT-affin, kennst Tools wie Dropbox, Office 365, Excel und liebst es, mit uns Prozesse schlank und effizient zu gestalten und wiederverwertbare Templates zu entwickeln
- Du hast Lust, Erfahrungen mit einem sehr angesagten CRM-Tool (Pipedrive) zu sammeln und unsere automatisierte Angebotsverfolgung und ein Aktivitätentracking zu entwickeln
- Du zeichnest dich durch eine strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise aus, bist ausdrucksstark in Wort und Schrift und hast keine Hemmungen, mit Kund:innen zu telefonieren
- Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse, um deine Aufgaben sehr gut zu meistern und dich im Team einbringen zu können
- Du bringst Hunger auf (vertriebliche) Erfolge mit? Perfekt! Gerne incentivieren wir deine ersten Vertriebserfolge!

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
