- Leitung von Claim-Tables bei Fehlern mit den Fachabteilungen zur Definition von Maßnahmen
- Durchführung von Pareto-Analysen inkl. Fehler-Abstellung in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen
- Bearbeitung von Beanstandungen in Form von 8D Reporten
- Begleitung von Prototypen- und Musterbau
- Verfolgung von Nacharbeiten sowie Mängelbeseitigungen
- Durchführung interner Prozessaudits und Zertifizeirungsaudits sowie Begleitung von Lieferanten-Audits
- Erstellung von Prüfplänen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Konstruktion
- Durchführung der Wareneingangskontrolle inkl. Freigabe und Sperrung sowie Durchführung interner Produktabnahmen und Überwachung von Sonderprüfaufgaben
- Abnahme von Fremdleistungen bei erweiterter Wareneingangskontrolle
- Dokumentation von Fehlern und Unstimmigkeiten während d. Produktrealisierungsprozesses

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung idealerweise mit Fachrichtung Qualitätsmanagement
- Meister – oder Technikerasubildung im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement
- Idealerweise Weiterbildung zum Qualitätsfachmann
- Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung
- Anwendungssichere Methodenkenntnisse und Verfahren der Qualitätssicherung in einem metallverarbeitenden Betrieb
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office und Inventor
- SAP-Kenntnisse wünschenswert
- Gute englische Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
