Customer Service Representative for International Sales (m/f/d)

Job Profile & Qualifications
- In this role, you will support distributors (sales agents) operating in Europe and beyond by handling order registrations, answering phone calls, and providing consultations on various products and services;
- You may assist another department in selling accessories to customers visiting Düsseldorf;
- Your responsibilities could include working with documents and collaborating with the employer's offices in other countries;
- Annually, you may participate in organizing marketing events;
- Additionally, you will support office operations by coordinating staff workspaces and managing office supplies.;
- You may be preparing, executing, reviewing, filing and receiving, keeping and filing, upon the instructions of the Branch Manager, various documents, letters, requests and information;
- Tasks will involve preparing, executing, reviewing, and filing documents, letters, and requests as instructed by the Branch Manager;
- Other duties may be required or requested by the employer, including those mandated by German labor laws and local regulations.

- You have at least two years of Experience in Office Work, for example Account Management or Customer Service – other backgrounds are welcome too!
- You have a completed Bachelor's degree
- Your language skills include English (Reading: Advanced, Writing: Advanced, Speaking: Advanced), German (Upper intermediate or fluent) and preferable Japanese (optional)
- You like to join a team of 10 people who help each other out
- You are open to switching between topics from time to time depending on the workload in the different domains
- You have strong communicative skills and are interested in different cultures

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
