Was erwartet dich?
- Die Einsatzfelder unserer Roboter sind noch neu und bieten viele Möglichkeiten für völlig neue Funktionen. Deine Aufgaben umfassen den gesamten Software-Entwicklungsprozess, von der Idee zu neuen Funktionen über Spezifikation und Implementierung bis hin zu Tests und Optimierung.
- Neben Neuentwicklungen gehört auch die kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Qualitätssicherung unserer verschiedenen Softwaremodule zu Deinen Aufgaben. Dazu gehören beispielsweise die Lokalisierung, die dynamische Pfadplanung und -regelung oder die Anbindung neuer Sensoren.
- Es erwarten Dich abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben und spannende Gelegenheiten, um neues Wissen aufzubauen und praktisch anzuwenden.
- Langfristig solltest Du auch eigenverantwortlich die Leitung von Projekten übernehmen, wozu auch die Anleitung von Praktikanten gehört.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast Dein Studium im Bereich Informatik / technische Informatik erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Du hast gute Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen mit objektorientierter Programmierung in C++. Vorkenntnisse in mobiler Robotik sind natürlich hilfreich, aber nicht notwendig.
- Du kannst selbstständig und zielgerichtet arbeiten, bist aber auch teamfähig und kannst deine Ergebnisse in komplexe Softwaresysteme integrieren.
- Du sprichst verhandlungssicher Deutsch, kannst Deinen Arbeitsbereich aber bei Bedarf auch auf Englisch mit Kunden in aller Welt diskutieren.
- Du hast kein Problem damit, etwa sechs bis acht Mal im Jahr für einige Tage an unserem Stammsitz in Heilbronn zu arbeiten und Dich mit den Kollegen dort direkt auszutauschen.
- Du hast Freude an sehr abwechslungsreicher und vielseitiger Arbeit.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
