Hier packst du mit an:
- Du hast Zeit und Lust neben deinem Studium, 20h die Woche praktische Erfahrungen zu sammeln. Dabei bist du bereit, uns eins bis vier Mal pro Monat vor Ort im Wiesbadener Büro zu unterstützen. Deine restliche Arbeitszeit kannst du gerne auch aus dem Home-Office verrichten
- Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für technische Unterstützung und Bearbeitung von Benutzer*innen-Anfragen und unterstützt administrativ bei Büro-IT-Geräten
- Dabei arbeitest du eng mit dem IT Operations Team zusammen
- Du unterstützt bei Hardware-Einrichtungen und Konfigurationen und führst Wartungsarbeiten und Behebung von Hardwareproblemen durch
- Du bist zuständig für die Installation, Aktualisierung und Pflege von Softwareanwendungen
- Du hilfst bei softwarebezogenen Anfragen, einschließlich Anmeldeproblemen und Funktionalität
- Du unterstützt bei Netzwerkverbindungsproblemen, Wi-Fi, LAN und VPN
- Du bist zuständig für die Verwaltung des IT-Bestands, Bestellung von Zubehör und Pflege des Lagerbestands
- Du arbeitest mit dem IT-Team zusammen zur Lösung komplexer Probleme und Durchführung von Systemupgrades
- Du bist zuständig für die Kontaktpflege mit externen Anbietern für technischen Support und Lösungen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
