Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt in der Planung und Durchführung von Marine-Warranty-Survey-Projekten ("MWS") den sicheren Transport sowie die Installation wertvoller Strukturen im Offshore Windsektor
- Du begleitest Engineering-Projekte im Bereich Structural Engineering, Naval Architecture, Hydrostatics & -dynamics und weiteren
- Du recherchierst und organisierst relevante Informationen für MWS-Reviews und Genehmigungen für Offshore-Operationen in enger Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung
- Du übernimmst die Stakeholderkommunikation zwischen verschiedenen Abteilungen, Ingenieur:innen, und externen Partner:innen, um reibungslose Geschäftsabläufe zu gewährleisten
- Du leistest administrative Unterstützung im Backoffice, zum Beispiel bei der Datenpflege oder dem Dokumentenmanagement

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) in einem Studiengang mit Fachbezug (z.B. Ingenieurswesen, Schiffbau, Logistik oder ähnliches)
- Du kannst bis zu 20 Stunden in der Woche das Team unterstützen
- Du hast gute Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, um mit Stakeholdern eines internationalen Umfelds zu kommunizieren
- Du bist ein:e Teamplayer:in und zeichnest Dich durch eine hohe Auffassungsgabe, proaktive Kommunikation und eine effiziente Arbeitsweise aus
- Du hast gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft-Anwendungen (Office, Outlook, Excel, Power Point)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
