Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist Teil eines kleinen Teams und arbeitest direkt mit den Gründern zusammen
- Du arbeitest mit uns an Aufgaben und Herausforderungen aus den verschiedensten Bereichen des Unternehmens (du identifizierst zum Beispiel neue Geschäftsfelder, stellst neue Talente ein, erkennst und misst Kennzahlen, etc.)
- In dieser Rolle unterstützt du uns als Gründer (m/w/d), ein Business von Anfang an zu gestalten und aufzubauen, und absolut jede Challenge auf dem Weg zu meistern, um auch unmöglich erscheinende Ziele zu erreichen
- Du generierst aus Daten Insights — mit Tools wie SQL, Python, und Excel

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist im fortgeschrittenen Studium, bevorzugt mit Fachrichtung BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Informatik
- Du fühlst dich sowohl in der Business- als auch in der Tech-Welt wohl und hast Spaß am Umgang mit Daten sowie gute analytische Skills
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich, kannst dich gut organisieren und hast eine Affinität zu Fintechs
- Du verfügst über exzellente Kommunikationsskills in Deutsch und Englisch (C1+)
- Du liebst es, agil zu arbeiten und hast eine “getting things done”-Mentalität. Kreativität, frische Ideen, und Neugier auf neueste Technologien treiben dich an
- Du stehst für mindestens 6 Monate zur Verfügung und kannst dich mit mindestens 15 Stunden pro Woche während des Semesters einbringen

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
