Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Instandhaltung und Modernisierung von Liegenschaften, Bauwerken und Anlagen
- Du überwachst und rechnest Bau- und Dienstleistungen ab
- Du wirkst bei der Ausschreibung, Auswahl und Beauftragung, Steuerung und Überwachung von Auftragnehmern (Ingenieurbüros und Fachfirmen) mit
- Du übernimmst die Kosten-, Termin- und Budgetüberwachung sowie das Nachtragsmanagement
- Du stimmst dich mit Behörden, Versorgungsträgern, Mietern und Dritten ab und koordinierst diese

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium des Bauingenieurwesens oder bist staatlich geprüfte:r Techniker:in mit geeigneter Fachrichtung
- Du verfügst über Berufserfahrung im Bauwesen, Instandhaltung, Facility Management, Hoch-/Tiefbau, Wasserbau oder bist als Berufseinsteiger:in mit entsprechender fachlicher Ausrichtung ebenfalls willkommen
- Du zeichnest dich durch Zuverlässigkeit, Eigeninitiative, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Teamfähigkeit, selbständiges Arbeiten sowie sehr gute Kommunikations- und Ausdrucksfähigkeiten aus
- Du gehst routiniert mit Standardbürosoftware um und bist neuen IT-Anwendungen gegenüber aufgeschlossen
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B und bist zu Dienstfahrten bereit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
