Was erwartet dich?
- Du betreust nach entsprechender Einarbeitung die Anzeigenvermarktung in den Publikationen der Semperoper mit folgenden Aufgabenschwerpunkten
- Du recherchierst und sprichst aktiv potentielle Neukund:innen an und pflegst die Kontakte zu den bestehenden Kund:innen (Telefonakquise)
- Du erstellst und verhandelst Angebote und Abschlüsse von Anzeigenverkäufen
- Du arbeitest in enger interner Abstimmung mit dem Marketing und bereitest die Rechnungsstellung vor
- Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen Anzeigenkund:innen und Sponsoring
- Du bringst eigene Ideen ein zur Erweiterung der Werbemöglichkeiten

- Du suchst im Rahmen deines Studiums eine Tätigkeit als Werkstudent:in für 10-20 Stunden pro Woche und begeisterst sich für die Themen Kultur und Entertainment
- Du willst eigenverantwortlich arbeiten, gleichzeitig aber auch Teil eines kleinen, flexiblen Teams sein, das direkt unter der Intendanz eingegliedert ist
- Du suchst eine spannende und abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit, bei der du deine Kommunikationsstärke einbringen kannst
- Du hast keine Scheu davor, fremde Menschen anzurufen und schaffst es auf charmante Art und Weise, dein Gegenüber zu überzeugen, verfügst über ein souveränes Auftreten und ausgezeichnete kommunikative Fähigkeiten

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
