Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen kaufmännische Aufgaben im IT-Bereich, wie z.B. das Einholen und Vergleichen von Angeboten, das Erstellen von Bestellanforderungen und die Rechnungsbearbeitung
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Planung und Verwaltung des IT-Leasings
- Sie bieten 1st-Level-Support bei Anwenderproblemen im Bereich der Hard- und Software
- Sie verwalten Verträge und Endgeräte im Rahmen des IT-Asset-Managements (Lizenzen, Softwarewartung, Mobilfunk, etc.)
- Sie koordinieren externe Partner:innen und IT-Dienstleister:innen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über erste Berufserfahrungen im Tätigkeitsfeld, Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP ist wünschenswert
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als IT-Systemkaufmann (m/w/d), Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Sie besitzen gute Kenntnisse in der Bedienung von Microsoft Windowssystemen
- Sie zeichnen sich durch ein hohes Maß an Kund:innen- und Serviceorientierung aus
- Sie haben Technikaffinität und Enthusiasmus beim Arbeiten mit modernen IT-Anwendungen
- Sie arbeiten strukturiert, methodisch und besitzen ein ausgeprägtes Organisationsgeschick
- Sie haben sehr gute Deutsch- (C1+) und Englischkenntnisse (B2+) in Wort und Schrift

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
