Deine Aufgaben
- Du bist verantwortlich für die qualifizierte Abwicklung und Durchführung von Projekten im Bereich der Gebäudetechnik
- Du planst und koordinierst den Einsatz von Personal, Material und Geräten unter Berücksichtigung vertraglicher, technischer und betriebswirtschaftlicher Notwendigkeiten
- Du legst Montageabläufe fest, planst Termine und überwachst sie, führst Qualitäts-, Leistungs- und Terminkontrollen der Nachunternehmer durch
- Du führst selbständig die Baustellenkorrespondenz durch, z. B. Aufmaße, Bautagebuch, Leistungsberichte, Stundenzettel, Nachtragsforderungen, Baustellendokumentation, Vorbereitung von Nachträgen, Erstellung von Revisionsunterlagen und nimmst aktiv an regelmäßigen Baubesprechungen teil
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Einrichtung, Programmierung und Inbetriebnahme der DDC und übernimmst die Einrichtung und Betreuung der GLT-Systeme

Das bringst Du mit
- mehrjährige Projekterfahrung wünschenswert
- mehrjährige Erfahrung im Anlagenbau der Gebäudeautomation und im Service sowie der Instandhaltung
- MSR und Programmierkenntnisse, was von Vorteil ist
- Sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Vertriebspartnern und Kund:innen
- Flexibilität, Reisebereitschaft und sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch sowie Grundkenntnisse in Englisch

Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
