Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist zusammen mit den Teams für Produktentwicklung, Einkauf, Qualitätsmanagement, Produktion und Vertrieb verantwortlich für die Freigabe von technischen Zeichnungen
- Du hältst engen Kontakt zu den Verpackungslieferanten, um höchste Qualitäts- und Effizienzstandards der Verpackungen sicherzustellen
- Du hast ein Auge auf intralogistische Lösungen vom Spritzgießen bis zur Montage
- Du überwachst und verfolgst aktiv alle Entwicklungen und technischen Prozesse, insbesondere im Hinblick auf die Erstellung und Bemusterung
- Du hältst ständig Ausschau nach neuen Verpackungskonzepten, die wirtschaftliche und ökologische Aspekte verbessern und den gesetzlichen Anforderungen entsprechen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du studierst gerade im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt in Verpackungstechnologie oder einem verwandten Bereich
- Während deines Studiums konntest du theoretische Kenntnisse in der Produktionstechnik, Verpackungsindustrie oder im Bereich nachhaltige Entwicklung erlangen, die du in deiner bevorstehenden Bachelor- oder Masterarbeit praktisch erweitern möchtest
- Du zeichnest dich durch starke analytische Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus
- Du bist bereit, im Rahmen deiner Abschlussarbeit interdisziplinär zusammenzuarbeiten und Fähigkeiten im Leiten von kleineren Projekten oder Teilprojekten zu entwickeln

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
