Elektro- und Mechatronik-Ingenieur für Antriebstechnik (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst elektrische Antriebskonzepte von der Regelung bis hin zum Motor
- Du führst Berechnungen durch und legst Motoren von der Idee bis zur Serie aus, integrierst Motoren in Getriebe und Getriebebaugruppen
- Du parametrierst Regler- und Motorensoftware sowie deren Treiber
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Projektierung inklusive Artikel- und Stücklistenanlage im Warenwirtschaftssystem
- Du klärst technische Details mit Lieferanten und legst die Qualitätsstandards fest
- Du arbeitest im Projektteam mit und organisierst eigenverantwortlich Teilprojekte

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium als Ingenieur:in mit dem Schwerpunkt Elektrotechnik oder Bachelor/Master of Engineering/Science Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Elektrotechnik und Kenntnisse in der Motorentechnik, idealerweise auch in der Motor-CAD Software
- Zu deinen Stärken gehören eine eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, Zuverlässigkeit, eine hohe Kundenorientierung sowie gute technische Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Kommunikationsstärke, ein hohes Maß an Eigenmotivation und Flexibilität runden dein Profil ab

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
