- Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Betriebs medizinischer und nicht-medizinischer Hardware in den Praxen.
- Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von IT-Systemen, Netzwerken und Hardware-Komponenten.
- Unterstützung der Benutzer bei IT-relevanten Problemen und Anfragen.
- Selbstständige Entscheidung über die besten Verfahren und Technologien für die Wartung und Optimierung der Systeme.
- Priorisierung von IT-Support-Anfragen und Entscheidung über Eskalationsprozesse bei komplexeren Problemen.
- Empfehlung und Implementierung neuer Technologien zur Verbesserung der IT-Infrastruktur.
- Technische Einrichtung und Bereitstellung notwendiger Geräte und Software für neue Teammitglieder.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du studierst aktuell Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder Ähnliches und hast bereits fundiertes Wissen im Bereich IT-Systemadministration.
- Erfahrung mit IT-Systemen und Hardware, sowie UniFi Geräten wäre wünschenswert.
- Ebenso besitzt du Kenntnisse in Netzwerkarchitektur und Sicherheitsprotokollen.
- Problem-solving Fähigkeiten, eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Organisationsfähigkeit gehören zu deinen Stärken.
- Du schaffst es mit deiner Kommunikationsstärke, komplexe technische Inhalte einfach zu vermitteln.
- Zu guter Letzt hast du Geduld und Einfühlungsvermögen bei der Unterstützung von Benutzern mit unterschiedlichem technischem Verständnis.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
