Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie führen mit Durchsetzungsstärke, Kooperationsbereitschaft und Motivationsfähigkeit ein Team
- Sie berichten direkt an die Geschäftsleitung
- Sie sind zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Kund:innen
- Sie verantworten Kundenverträge auf inhaltlicher und ökonomischer Ebene
- Neben der Begleitung Ihres Teams im normalen Tagesgeschäft, fungieren Sie als Coach und erste Ansprechperson für die Mitarbeiter:innen
- Sie tragen Verantwortung für die fristgerechte und korrekte Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen, für das interne und externe Berichtswesen sowie die steuerliche Würdigung von Geschäftsvorfällen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung mit Berufserfahrung
- Sie besitzen mindestens erste Erfahrungen in der Führung von Teams mit komplexen Aufgaben
- Sie besitzen fundiertes und aktuelles Wissen im Handels-, Umsatzsteuer- und Reisekostenrecht
- Sie denken und handeln bereichsübergreifend und zeichnen sich durch Stärke in der Organisation und Planung von Arbeitsabläufen aus
- Sie haben idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
