Wir suchen Dich in Leppersdorf als Praktikant im Milcheinkauf/Tierproduktion (m/w/d).
Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst als Student (m/w/d) im Bereich Milcheinkauf ein KI-gestütztes Prognosemodell, um den Einfluss von Witterung / Klima (Hitzeperioden) auf die Milchkuhleistung bestimmen zu können. Die Erarbeitung dessen kann innerhalb einer Abschlussarbeit wie einer Diplom- oder Masterarbeit erfolgen
- Du erweiterst deinen Aufgabenbereich durch deinen Kontakt mit den Erzeugern und übernimmst hierfür die Kommunikation
- Du erfährst technische Unterstützung in KI durch unsere IT Abteilung und fachlich durch die Kolleg:innen des Milcheinkaufs
- Du setzt neue Impulse, die den Ausbau des Marketingfeldes im Milcheinkauf vorantreiben. Deine frischen Ideen und dein Engagement werden dazu beitragen, unsere Prozesse zu optimieren und innovative Lösungen zu entwickeln

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du absolvierst aktuell ein Master- oder Diplomstudium in einem landwirtschaftlichen oder milchwirtschaftlichen Fachgebiet, idealerweise im Bereich Tierproduktion mit Schwerpunkt in der Milchproduktion
- Du hast Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen und Gefallen an wissenschaftlichen /statistischen Aufgabenstellungen
- Du zeichnest dich durch einen frischen, unvoreingenommenen Blick sowie ein innovatives, dynamisches und kommunikatives Wesen aus
- Du handelst eigenverantwortlich und verantwortungsbewusst, wobei du auch gern im Team arbeitest
- Du bringst gute Deutschkenntnisse mit und hast die Möglichkeit remote zu arbeiten, wobei wir uns wünschen, mindestens zwei Präsenztage pro Woche mit dir am Standort zu arbeiten, um dir einen umfangreichen Einblick in unseren Fachbereich ermöglichen zu können

Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
