Vertriebs-/ Außendienstmitarbeiter (m/w/d) technischer Vertrieb
Du bist das Gesicht des Unternehmens und kümmerst dich vor Ort bei Kund:innen und Neukund:innen um den Vertrieb und die Beratung unserer Produkte und Dienstleistungen im In- und Ausland.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du präsentierst und verkaufst unsere Produkte und Dienstleistungen im In- und Ausland
- Du kalkulierst und erstellst individuelle Angebote und behältst deren Entwicklung im Blick
- Nach der Angebotserstellung sorgst du für die Nachverfolgung und den erfolgreichen Abschluss
- Du arbeitest eng und gemeinschaftlich mit dem gesamten Vertriebsteam zusammen
- Du nimmst an verkaufsfördernden Maßnahmen, Weiterbildungen und Messen teil
- Du führst Schulungen beim Kunden durch und berätst bei der Anwendung hinsichtlich Schweißtechnik, Qualitätssicherung und Prozessführ

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor/ Master/ Techniker) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, insbesondere im Bereich Elektrotechnik / Anwendungstechnik / Mechatronik
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Automation / Sonderanlagenbau, Steuerungstechnik oder Mechatronik sind ideale Voraussetzungen
- Reisebereitschaft für Dienstleistungen im In- und Ausland
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und strukturiertes, selbstständiges und zielorientiertes Arbeiten
- Erfahrungen im Bereich Schweißtechnik von Vorteil, aber nicht Voraussetzung
- Flexibilität, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Dienstleistungsbereitschaft im Kontakt mit unseren Kund:innen
- Führerschein Klasse B

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
