Was erwartet dich?
- Build a big HUUS: Du unterstützt aktiv bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Steigerung der Markenwahrnehmung und der B2B-Leadgenerierung von HUUS im DACH-Raum
- Social Media Content: Du übernimmst die Planung und Erstellung von Content und Ad-Creatives für unsere Social Media Kanäle (LinkedIn, Instagram) von kleinen Bild- und Textbeiträgen bis hin zu Reels
- B2B Funnel Design: Du bist inhaltlich und strategisch in den Auf- und Ausbau verschiedener B2B Funnel involviert. Deine Arbeit begleitet unsere Kunden von der ersten Ansprache bis zur langjährigen Partnerschaft. Das betrifft verschiedene Online Marketing Disziplinen, wie SEO, SEA, Paid Social, Website Optimierungen oder Kooperationen und unterstützt bei Offline Marketing Aktivitäten, wie Messen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist ein Social Media Native mit Affinität zu allen Social Plattformen (LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube & TikTok) und transportierst durch deine kreative Ader unsere Vision nach außen
- Du bringst idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Bild- und Videobearbeitungsprogrammen (Adobe Creative Cloud, After Effects, Canva, Cap Cut) durch beispielsweise Praktika mit. Start-Up Hintergrund ist ein klares Plus
- Du studierst derzeit im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikationswissenschaften, BWL, Psychologie oder einem ähnlichen Feld. Bei uns ist es weniger wichtig, welche spezifische Fachrichtung du verfolgst, solange du ein analytisches Mindset, starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Drive mitbringst, HUUS und dein E-Commerce Know-How auf das nächste Level zu bringen
- Du beschreibst dich selbst als hands-on und liebst es, aktiv mit anzupacken. Dabei überzeugst du mit einer hohen Selbstorganisation und verstehst es Social Media Trends für Unternehmensziele einzusetzen
- Du sprichst und schreibst Deutsch auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau sowie Englisch fließend

No, companies can only see the applications they have received.

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
