Bilanzbuchhalter für Rechnungslegung (m/w/d)
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie führen laufende Buchhaltungsarbeiten durch, erstellen Übersichten, Auswertungen und Statistiken
- Sie bearbeiten und kontrollieren Bestellungen sowie Eingangsrechnungen und Warenversand
- Sie legen Rechnungen an Kund:innen und Intercompany und buchen laufende Geschäftsvorfälle, Debitoren, Kreditoren und Kontenklärungen
- Sie bereiten Zahlläufe vor und führen diese durch, erstellen und buchen Reisekostenabrechnungen sowie Handkassen
- Sie kontrollieren und verbuchen Warenein- und -ausgänge, organisieren und führen Inventuren durch
- Sie erstellen Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse, prüfen UST-Meldungen und ZM-Meldungen, überwachen steuer- und abgabenrechtliche Belange und bereiten Steuererklärungen vor
- Sie unterstützen bei der Beantragung von Fördermitteln

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein BWL-Studium oder eine Berufsausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich und eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum geprüften Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d)
- Sie verfügen über mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise in einem mittelständischen oder größeren Unternehmen der Industrie
- Sie haben sehr gute Kenntnisse im UST-Recht, Reisekostenrecht, GewSt-Recht, KST-Recht und Vertragsrecht sowie zollrechtliche und versandtechnische Bestimmungen
- Sie besitzen Organisations- und Verhandlungsgeschick, treten sicher bei mündlichen Kommunikationen und im geschäftlichen Schriftverkehr auf
- Sie zeigen hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, arbeiten eigenverantwortlich und selbständig, sind aber auch teamfähig
- Sie haben gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office sowie ERP-Systemen, DATEV, Navision, SAP o.ä. und fundierte Englischkenntnisse, sicher in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
