Das sind Deine Aufgaben
- Als Gebietsmanager verantwortest Du Dein Vertriebsgebiet, akquirierst Neukunden und betreust eigenverantwortlich unsere Bestandskunden mit dem Ziel langfristige, partnerschaftliche Kundenbeziehungen zu pflegen
- Du übernimmst die Beratung unseres umfangreichen Portfolios aus chemischen sowie technischen Produkten für die Wasserbehandlung und -aufbereitung, hast dabei die Markttrends und unseren Wettbewerb immer im Blick und bietest so unseren Kunden stets eine optimale Lösung
- Du steuerst Angebots- und Vertragsverhandlungen eigenverantwortlich bis hin zu einem erfolgreichen Abschluss
- Du arbeitest bei sämtlichen Vertriebsaktivitäten, wie z.B. der Angebotserstellung, eng mit Deinem Innendienst zusammen
- Als Organisationstalent ist das eigenständige Planen von Touren und Kundenbesuchen für Dich selbstverständlich
- Du bist für die strategische Weiterentwicklung mit bestehender Umsatzentwicklung Deiner Vertriebsregion verantwortlich

- Du bringst ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes, chemisch-technisches Studium (z. B. Verfahrenstechnik, Umwelttechnik, Chemie) oder eine thematisch vergleichbare Ausbildung mit, gerne mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder Meister
- Du verfügst über erste Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise aus dem Bereich Wasserbehandlung und -aufbereitung
- Du zeichnest Dich durch Dein professionelles Auftreten, Deine Kommunikationsstärke sowie Deine hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung aus
- Du hast das richtige Gespür für Menschen - Dir fällt es leicht, die Bedürfnisse, Herausforderungen oder Interessen Deines Gegenübers zu erkennen und zu identifizieren
