Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Mediendesign konzipierst und produzierst Du animierte Erklärfilme, unterstützt Du das Projektteam für Content Creation, verantwortest die mediale Umsetzung von Inhalten und baust eine e-Kursbibliothek für Fort- und Weiterbildungen in der Pflege auf und setzt darüber hinaus interaktive webbasierte Trainings um und gestaltest Lerndokumente.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist aktuell mindestens im 3. Semester eines Studiums eingeschrieben
- Du bringst Erfahrungen in der Produktion von animierten Videos mit, idealerweise sogar in der Produktion von Erklärfilmen
- Du konntest dir bestenfalls Kenntnisse mit Erklärvideo-Software, wie Vyond und der Adobe Creative Cloud aneignen
- Du möchtest Teilprojekte für die Erstellung der Kursbibliothek übernehmen
- Du zeichnest dich durch eigenverantwortliches und strukturiertes Arbeiten aus
- Du hast Lust auf ein Start-up und den Bereich Pflege, sprichst fließend Deutsch und besitzt Grundkenntnisse der englischen Sprache

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
