Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt unsere Kund:innen dabei, ihre IT zu transformieren und das IT Business Alignment zu optimieren
- Du analysierst die IT-Architektur eines Unternehmens auf etwaige Optimierungspotenziale unter Berücksichtigung derer Geschäftsprozesse und unterstützt von der Modellierung bis zur Anpassung an Marktanforderungen
- Mithilfe von Architekturübersichten, Zielbildern und Transformationspfaden stellst du die Strukturen und Zusammenhänge eines Unternehmens im IST- und SOLL-Zustand dar
- Du berätst unsere Kund:innen auf strategischer Ebene und führst benötigte Entscheidungen im Top-Management herbei
- Du orchestrierst die konkrete Ausgestaltung und Umsetzung der Digitalisierungsinitiativen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Mitarbeitenden unserer Kund:innen und den Kolleg:innen aus den Produkt- und Servicebereichen unseres Unternehmens

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein gut abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, im Bereich Informatik oder hast eine fachbezogene Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
- Du bringst mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung in Konzeption und Aufbau von IT-Unternehmensarchitekturen mit
- Überzeugende Erfahrungen mit Vorgehensmodellen zu Entwurf, Planung, Implementierung und Wartung von Unternehmensarchitekturen (z. B. TOGAF) zeichnen Dich aus
- Du besitzt Erfahrung in der Leitung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten oder in der fachlichen Führung, idealerweise auch im agilen Umfeld (z.B. SCRUM, prince2) sowie den entsprechenden Projektmanagementmethoden und Tools (bspw. JIRA und Confluence)
- Du hast ein hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit, die Fähigkeit zum strategischen Denken und ein ausgeprägtes Organisations- und Kommunikationsgeschick

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
