Analyst im Bereich M&A und Corporate Finance (m/w/d)
Der Job eines Analysten ist abwechslungsreich, herausfordernd und dynamisch. Unterstützen Sie uns zunächst in Aschaffenburg und ab Frühjahr 2025 ausschließlich in Frankfurt.
Was erwartet Sie?
- Unmittelbare Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Partnern und Senior Professionals an der Generierung und Durchführung komplexer M&A-/ Corporate-Finance-Projekte
- Erstellung von Pitch-Präsentationen, Teasern und Investmentmemoranden
- Erstellung von integrierten Finanzmodellen, Finanzanalysen und Unternehmensbewertungen (DCF, Trading und Transaction Comparables)
- Erstellung von Branchen-, Unternehmens- und Kapitalmarktanalysen sowie von Unternehmensprofilen
- Due-Diligence-Aktivitäten (Aufsetzen von virtuellen Datenräumen, Q+A)
- Eigenständige Recherchetätigkeiten zu Unternehmen, Märkten, potentiellen Investoren/ Käufern und M&A Targets
- Erstellung von Studien und Analysen zu unseren Fokussektoren

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Erfolgreich absolviertes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einer anderen Disziplin mit wirtschaftswissenschaftlichem Schwerpunkt und herausragenden Studienleistungen
- Relevante Praxiserfahrung im Bereich Investment Banking/ Corporate Finance/ M&A/ Deal Advisory
- Fundiertes Wissen in den Bereichen Unternehmensbewertung und Rechnungslegung
- Sehr gute analytische, konzeptionelle und kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie Teamgeist und hohe Motivation
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, insbesondere Microsoft Excel und PowerPoint

Dieses Interview umfasst zwei Teile: Einen schriftlichen Test Ihrer fachlichen Kompetenzen, und ein persönliches Gespräch, das Ihnen ermöglicht, sich direkt mit uns auszutauschen. Anschließend führen wir eine gründliche Bewertung Ihrer Leistung durch, besprechen diese intern und melden uns für gewöhnlich mit einem umfassenden Feedback zu Ihrem Interview innerhalb von 1 bis 2 Wochen.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
