Was erwartet dich?
- Du sorgst als Werkstudent:in im Bereich Content Quality dafür, dass die Vergleichstabellen und Ratgeber auf unserer französischen Web-Präsenz jederzeit fehlerfrei und nach qualitativ höchsten Standards aktualisiert werden
- Du achtest darauf, dass unsere Qualitätskriterien zu jedem Zeitpunkt eingehalten werden und gibst den Bearbeitern konstruktives Feedback
- Du optimierst gemeinsam mit der Redaktionsleitung auf Basis Deiner Erkenntnisse die Schulungen und Prozesse, um die Qualität und Effizienz unserer Überarbeitungen immer weiter zu steigern

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist noch mindestens 1 Jahr an einer Fachhochschule / Universität immatrikuliert
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch auf C1 Niveau sowie Französisch auf C2 Niveau
- Du hast exzellente Grammatik- und Rechtschreibkenntnisse im Französischen und auch hervorragende Kenntnisse im Deutschen
- Du hast idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit der standardisierten Qualitätsprüfung gemacht, vorzugsweise im Customer Service oder in einem E-Commerce-Umfeld
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, sehr strukturiert und kannst Dich gut in unsere Kund:innen hineinversetzen
- Du kannst mit Deinen Analysefähigkeiten überzeugen und behältst auch bei großen Datenmengen immer den Überblick
- Du möchtest uns 15 - 20 Stunden pro Woche unterstützen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
