Was erwartet dich?
- Du lernst den kompletten Recruitingprozess kennen, sichtest eingehende Bewerbungen, übernimmst die Terminkoordination und sorgst für eine positive Candidate Experience
- Du unterstützt bei vielfältigen administrativen Tätigkeiten innerhalb des operativen Personalmanagements, unter anderem bei der Erstellung von Arbeitszeugnissen und Bescheinigungen, der Pflege von Personalakten sowie im On- und Offboarding
- Du recherchierst zu unterschiedlichen HR-Themen und übernimmst die Erstellung und Auswertung von Mitarbeiterumfragen
- Du kannst im Personalmarketing eigene Ideen einbringen, um unsere Social Media-Präsenz laufend weiterzuentwickeln
- Du hast Lust bei der Optimierung von Prozessen mitzuwirken

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du befindest Dich in einem laufenden Studium des Personalwesens, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Wirtschafts- oder Sozialwissenschaften oder vergleichbare Fachrichtung, vorzugsweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Personal
- Du bringst idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrungen im Personalmanagement oder kaufmännischen Bereich mit
- Du hast Interesse an der Mitwirkung bei personalbezogenen Projekten und möchtest gerne Einblicke in spannende Personalprozesse und arbeitsrechtliche Themen erhalten
- Du verfügst über sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse und bist digital affin
- Deine Arbeitsweise zeichnet sich durch Selbstständigkeit, Sorgfalt und Ergebnisorientierung aus und sensible Daten behandelst du vertraulich
- Du hast fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
