Als Digital Experience Designer (m/w/d) entwickelst du umfassende digitale Strategien und maßgeschneiderte Lösungen für unsere Kund:innen. Du konzipierst und gestaltest digitale Touchpoints, erstellst User Journeys und Wireframes und sorgst für eine optimale User Experience. Zudem bist du für die Erstellung und Aufbereitung digitaler Inhalte wie Texte, Grafiken, Videos oder interaktive Elemente verantwortlich, die die Markenkommunikation und das Nutzererlebnis stärken. Darüber hinaus präsentierst du Konzepte überzeugend vor internen und externen Stakeholdern und unterstützt das Projektmanagement bei der Umsetzung digitaler Projekte.
Deine Aufgaben?
- Du entwickelst umfassende digitale Strategien und berätst Kund:innen zu maßgeschneiderten Lösungen
- Du konzipierst digitale Touchpoints, die Mitarbeiter:innen dabei unterstützen, ihre Performance im Unternehmen zu steigern, wie z. B. digitale Trainingsplattformen, Lernapplikationen und Lernspiele
- Du analysierst die Bedürfnisse und Probleme der Zielgruppen, um maßgeschneiderte Lösungen zu entwickeln
- Du erstellst detaillierte User Journeys und Wireframes als Grundlage für die Entwicklung digitaler Lösungen
- Du erarbeitest die Grob- und Feinkonzeption von digitalen Touchpoints mit Fokus auf Lernerfahrungen unserer User
- Du entwickelst, erstellst und optimierst digitale Content-Inhalte wie interaktive Lernmodule, multimediale Schulungsmaterialien oder Gamification-Elemente zur Steigerung der Lernerfahrung
- Du entwickelst und überwachst Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) zur Messung des Erfolgs unserer digitalen Lösungen
- Du erstellst überzeugende Präsentationen zur Vorstellung deiner Strategien und Konzepte
- Du stimmst dich eng mit unseren Ansprechpersonen ab, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Anforderungen erfüllt werden
- Du trägst zur Entwicklung digitaler und innovativer Interaktionsformen bei
- Du unterstützt das Projektmanagement bei der Aufwandsschätzung und Angebotserstellung
- Du beobachtest aktuelle Trends und Technologien und integrierst innovative Ansätze in unsere Kundenprojekte

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast idealerweise bereits 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich UX/UI-Design, digitale Strategien & Konzeption oder einer ähnlichen Qualifikation
- Du bringst Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Gestaltung digitaler Touchpoints sowie in der Erstellung digitaler Content-Inhalte mit
- Du hast ein tiefes Verständnis für User Experience (UX) und User Interface (UI) Design sowie für die Entwicklung interaktiver Lernformate
- Du bist versiert im Umgang mit gängigen Design- und Prototyping-Tools wie Figma, Adobe Creative Suite oder ähnlichen Programmen
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Analyse von Nutzerbedürfnissen und der Entwicklung zielgruppengerechter Lösungen
- Du kannst komplexe Inhalte verständlich aufbereiten und präsentieren
- Du bist datengetrieben und kannst KPIs analysieren, um die Effektivität digitaler Lösungen zu bewerten und zu optimieren
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich und bringst eine hohe Problemlösungskompetenz mit
- Du bist teamorientiert, innovativ, motiviert und hast Freude daran, neue Technologien und Trends in deine Arbeit zu integrieren
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Deutsch: C2, Englisch: C1)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
