Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist verantwortlich für das Monitoring und die Visualisierung der Serverinfrastruktur in Hyper-V und VMWare ESXi, sowie die Sicherstellung von Backup- und Disaster-Recovery-Prozessen (Veeam)
- Du führst Performance-Analysen durch, erstellst Konzepte und Dokumentationen und leitest Maßnahmen zur Behebung von Schwachstellen ein
- Du wirkst an der strategischen Weiterentwicklung der IT-Sicherheit mit und administrierst Firewalls, Switche, Patchfelder und Workstations
- Du verwaltest Dienste wie Active Directory, DHCP und DNS
- Du planst, baust und wartest Hardwarekomponenten und bist für den 1st und 2nd Level Support zuständig
- Du verantwortest die Weiterentwicklung und Administration der onPremise- und Microsoft 365-Umgebung sowie virtualisierter Server- und Storage-Landschaften unter Windows/ Linux

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich der Informatik, einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet oder über eine relevante Berufsausbildung
- Du bringst bereits Erfahrungen als Systemadministrator mit und hast Dich idealerweise mit dem Aufbau und der Wartung von VMware- und Enterprise-Hardware auseinandergesetzt
- Du bist vertraut mit Cloudtechnologien von Microsoft, Docker-Containerisierung sowie Themen wie Entra ID und M365
- Du zeichnest Dich durch eine ausgeprägte analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus, hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und legst großen Wert auf Qualität
- Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
