Studiere den berufsbegleitenden Master "Strategic Sales Management" in Kooperation mit der ESB Business School und starte gleichzeitig deine Karriere im Sales bei unserem weltweit bekannten Partnerunternehmen, dass sich auf die Entwicklung und den Vertrieb von Hardware, Software und IT-Dienstleistungen spezialisiert. Was erwartet dich?
Im Studium:
- 3 Semester berufsbegleitendes Studium plus 6 Monate Masterthesis
- Theoriephasen in Blockseminaren an der ESB Business School in Reutlingen (insgesamt 75 Tage)
- Praxisbezogene Lehre durch Professor:innen der ESB Business School sowie renommierte Expert:innen aus der Praxis
- Inhalte u.a. aus den Bereichen Digital Technology Management, Sales Skills & Methods, International Negotiations
- Eine tolle (Lern-) Atmosphäre in kleinen Gruppen
Im Job:
- Du arbeitest mit den Subject Matter Experts des Vertriebsteams für Data & AI zusammen
- Du arbeitest mit führenden Unternehmen zusammen, um disruptive Geschäftsmodelle zu finden
- Du begleitest, unterstützt und durchlebst den gesamten Vertriebszyklus, kombiniert mit tiefen Vertriebs- und Geschäftsskills
- Du kollaborierst eng mit den Sales Managern, Brand Sales Specialists, Business Partnern, internen und externen Kund:innen sowie dem gesamten Unternehmensnetzwerk
- Du kreierst innovative Lösungen für unsere Kund:innen, basierend auf Data & AI

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein hohes Interesse an den Themen Data & AI und Vertrieb
- Du denkst betriebswirtschaftlich und analytisch
- Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, zeigst hohe Leistungsbereitschaft, Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
- Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
Im Studium:
- Du hast einen überzeugenden Bachelorabschluss in der Tasche, idealerweise im Bereich Wirtschaft
- Deine Begeisterung für Sales und den direkten Kundenkontakt ist spürbar und du zeichnest dich durch dein kommunikatives Geschick und deine Teamfähigkeit aus
- Du begeisterst dich für IT-Technologien
- Eine hohe Eigenmotivation, Engagement und Leistungsbereitschaft zählen zu deinen Stärken
- Du bringst gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office-Anwendungen mit
- Du verfügst über nachgewiesene Englischkenntnisse Niveau B2
- Als Nicht-Muttersprachler verfügst du über nachgewiesene Deutschkenntnisse Niveau C1

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills. In the job search you can use the language filter to find jobs without German language requirements. It is also helpful to provide language certificates.
