Junior Consultant für digitalisierte Prozesse HCM (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du berätst unsere internationalen Kund:innen im gehobenen Mittelstand
- Du analysierst und optimierst Geschäftsprozesse mit Schwerpunkt auf Oracle-Lösungen. Die Besonderheit: In Workshops, zur Prozessvisualisierung und Dokumentation nutzt du die Horus® Geschäftsprozess-Tools und vorgefertigte Best Practice-Referenzmodelle
- Du unterstützt bei der Implementierung und Konfiguration von Oracle Standard-Anwendungen: Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Cloud Applications, Oracle NetSuite ERP und heterogene Systeme
- Du modellierst und spezifizierst HCM-Prozesse
- Du führst Schulungen und Workshops für Anwender:innen durch
- Du bist international mobil in der Projektarbeit (erfahrungsgemäß bis zu 60 %)

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL/Personalmanagement mit IT-Affinität oder bist Quereinsteiger:in mit Praxiserfahrung im Personalwesen
- Du hast 1-2 Jahre Erfahrung über Praktika und/oder Werkstudent:innentätigkeit, vorzugsweise im Bereich Prozess- und Personalmanagement
- Du hast Grundkenntnisse der Oracle Applications oder anderer ERP-Systeme, was von Vorteil ist
- Du verfügst über analytisches Denkvermögen und hast Freude an der Lösung komplexer Geschäftsprobleme
- Du hast eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und die Fähigkeit, im Team zu arbeiten

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
