DEINE AUFGABEN – HIERFÜR BRENNST DU
- Du übernimmst die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Content Marketing Teams und berichtest direkt an unseren CMO
- Gemeinsam mit Deinem Team bist Du für den Inhalt auf allen unseren Websites, verantwortlich – von der Startseite über die Produktseiten bis hin zum Onlineshop, für alle unsere Märkte: DACH-Region, Frankreich, Italien, Spanien, BENELUX, Liechtenstein & USA
- Du entwickelst und verantwortest die länderübergreifende Kampagnen- und Angebotsplanung und leitest den Prozess mit Deinem Team von der Entwicklung bis zur Live-Version auf unseren Websites
- Mit tollem Content und kreativen, innovativen Onsite-Kampagnen sorgst Du für die Steigerung von Website-Traffic und die Maximierung der Conversion Rate
- Du analysiert die Performance vergangener Kampagnen und ziehst daraus Schlüsse für zukünftige Kampagnen
- Du optimierst Content und Kampagnen hands-on auf all unseren Devices – egal, ob Kunden auf der Website, auf unserer mobilen Seite oder in der App sind, das Erlebnis ist immer perfekt
- Du erstellst coole Kampagnenideen und Briefings für unser Creative Team und koordinierst die technische Umsetzung für neue Features, Funktionen oder Produkte mit unseren Produktmanagern
- Auch wenn unser Onsite Business Dein Fokus ist, schaust Du gerne über den Tellerrand und setzt Offsite Kampagnen (z.B. Paketbeilagen) um oder stellst richtig gute Kooperationen mit Partnern auf die Beine

DAS BRINGST DU MIT
- Du bringst mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Content Marketing eines E-Commerce-Unternehmens oder einer Agentur mit
- Idealerweise hast Du bereits erste Führungserfahrung gesammelt oder Du hast Lust, Dich mit uns in eine Führungsrolle zu entwickeln
- Gleichzeitig macht es Dir Spaß, operativ im Tagesgeschäft mitzuarbeiten
- Du konntest Dich bereits in vergangenen Projekten sowohl im strategischen Management als auch durch Deine strukturierte Arbeitsweise beweisen
- Du hast alle Details im Blick, kannst Dich gut strukturieren und reagierst auch auf unerwartete Situationen schnell
- Du hast ein feines Gespür für Sprache sowie für das Zusammenspiel von Text und Bild
- Du bist wortgewandt und sprichst Deutsch auf C2-Niveau sowie fließend Englisch
- Weitere Sprachkenntnisse, insbesondere Französisch, sind ein starker Pluspunkt

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
