Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie führen die Umsetzung der Vertriebs- und Umsatzziele in Ihrem Bezirk
- Sie sind Berater und Wegbegleiter Ihrer Teams in ca. sieben Bäckerei-Filialen
- Koordination und Abstimmung der Personal- und Dienstpläne mit den Filialen
- Sie begleiten aktiv das Tagesgeschäft (z.B. Sortiment, Bestellungen, Präsentation)
- Analyse der Verkaufskennzahlen und Ergreifung strategischer Maßnahmen zusammen mit unserem Gesamtverkaufsleiter
- Planung von verkaufsfördernden Maßnahmen
- Führung der Mitarbeiter im Verkaufsbezirk
- Begleitung neuer Kolleginnen und Kollegen im Onboardingprozess
- Führung von strukturierten Mitarbeiterorientierungs- und Entwicklungsgesprächen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufm. Ausbildung oder Fachwirt, Volkswirt oder haben ein BWL-Studium
- Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung als Filialleitung oder Bezirksleitung mit Führungskompetenz im Bereich Bäckereifachverkauf oder Einzelhandel
- Erfahrung in der Personalführung
- Hohe Sozialkompetenz und Kundenorientierung
- Sie haben ein freundliches, offenes sowie überzeugendes Auftreten und bringen notwendiges Durchsetzungsvermögen mit
- Lösungsorientierte Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Sie verfügen über einen Führerschein Klasse B, da Sie für das Gebiet Winnenden und 25-km-Umkreis zuständig sind
- Sie sind bereit, gelegentlich auch samstags zu arbeiten

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
