Was erwartet dich?
- Leitung und Koordination von Projekten im Breitbandausbau von der Planung über die Umsetzung bis zur Abnahme
- Sicherstellung der Zielerreichung hinsichtlich Budget-, Termin- und Qualitätsvorgaben
- Koordination von Personal- und Materialeinsatz
- Führungsverantwortung der Mitarbeiter:innen auf den Baustellen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen und externen Partnern
- Erarbeitung von Nachträgen und Zusatzleistungen
- Erstellung von internen Reports und Abrechnung der Bauleistungen
- Mitarbeit bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Arbeitsabläufe

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im elektro-technischen Bereich oder Meister- bzw. Technikerabschluss oder Studium mit Schwerpunkt Elektrotechnik, Bauingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen von Vorteil
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Projektleiter:in oder Bauleiter:in in ähnlichen Projekten, idealerweise im Breitband- oder Glasfaserausbau
- Kenntnisse im Bereich des Bau- und Ingenieurvertragsrechts (VOB, HOAI)
- Eigenverantwortliche und engagierte Arbeitsweise sowie Spaß an Teamarbeit und der gemeinsamen Erreichung der Projektziele
- Führerschein Klasse B

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
