Ihre Aufgaben
- Sie tragen die stellvertretende Verantwortung für die kaufmännische Steuerung aller Arbeitsabläufe
- Sie steuern teamübergreifend das Arbeitsvolumen und damit die Mitarbeitereinsätze
- Sie setzen strategische Projekte und Arbeitsablaufänderungen um und stellen die Service-Level in der Telefonie sicher
- Sie unterstützen die Bereichsleitung bei der kaufmännischen Steuerung sowie bei der Projektarbeit
- Sie sind verantwortlich für den Bestellprozess, Reklamationen und die Kundenbetreuung (Customer Service und Außendienst)
- Sie erstellen, kontrollieren und entwickeln KPI´s zur Qualitätssteigerung
- Sie optimieren und automatisieren Prozesse in Abstimmung mit der Bereichsleitung und den Kunden

Ihr Profil
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Bachelorstudium
- Sie verfügen über mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Logistikbereich, Kundenservice und in der Personalführung
- Sie haben wünschenswerter Weise Kenntnisse im Umgang mit einem Warenwirtschaftssystem
- Sie zeigen eine ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Kundenorientierung
- Sie besitzen eine hohe Verantwortungsbereitschaft und Flexibilität
- Sie arbeiten strukturiert, sorgfältig und selbstständig
- Sie haben gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch auf C1 Niveau

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
