Was erwartet dich?
Als Project Manager Operations (m/w/d) bist du verantwortlich für die Realisierungsprozesse, die nach der Strategie- und/oder der Konzeptionsentwicklung folgen. Du bist fit im Handling umfangreicher Dokumente, dem Korrektorat sowie der Typografie und steuerst dabei sowohl interne als auch externe Partner:innen wie DTP-Reinzeichner:innen, Übersetzer:innen, Lektor:innen, Programmierer:innen und gegebenenfalls auch die Produktionsprozesse.
Dabei hast du immer die Qualität, aber auch Timing und Kosten im Blick. Verlässlichkeit ist dir oberstes Prinzip. Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Empathie für alle Beteiligten und das routinierte Arbeiten mit digitalen Tools runden dein Profil ab. Deine Kund:innen bei hw.d sind vielfältig und ambitioniert, kommen aus dem Start-up-Bereich, dem Mittelstand oder sind DAX40-Unternehmen.
· Übergreifende Führung, Pflege und Ausbau von namhaften Kund:innen-Etats aus der Position der Realisierungsphase.
· Strategisch-konzeptionelle Beratung der Kund:innen bei allen Fragen, die den Workflow und die Qualitätssicherung betreffen.
· Operative Leitung von Publikationsprojekten – von klein bis groß.
· Führung und Koordination von interdisziplinären Projektteams.
· Budgetplanung und -steuerung sowie Etat-Verwaltung und Controlling.
· Qualitätssicherung, Erfolgskontrolle und Reporting der eigenen sowie der Team-Projekte intern und extern.
· Als aktives Teammitglied in einem kleinen, aber professionellen Team übernimmst du in geringem Maße auch Aufgaben des Agenturmanagements.
· Reporting an die Geschäftsführung.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
Umgang mit Text, Sprache, Typografie und DTP entstanden ist.
· Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Verlagen oder Marketing- oder Publishingagenturen.
· Erfahrungen mit digitalen Tools wie Moco, Trello oder auch Content Management Systemen.
· Interesse an Reporting – von IFRS bis CSRD.
· Exzellente qualitative Fähigkeiten, hohe Teamfähigkeit und Hands-on-Mentalität.
· Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
· Strukturiertes, verantwortungsvolles und verlässliches Arbeiten sind dir eine Selbstverständlichkeit.
· Du hast gute bis sehr gute Programm- und Tool-Kenntnisse.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
