Wir suchen für unseren Partner am Standort Ulm ab Oktober 2025 motivierte Bewerber:Innen für den Jobeinstieg im Bereich (Online-) Marketing / Sales für SaaS-Lösungen in Kombination mit einem berufsbegleitenden Master.
Folgende Studiengänge kannst du mit der Stelle kombinieren:
- Consulting & Business Analytics (M.Sc.)
- Consulting & Sales Management (M.A.)
- Digital Business Management (M.Sc.)
Was erwartet Dich?
Im Job:
- Du entwickelst und implementierst eine effektive Customer Journey für den Vertrieb von SaaS-Lösungen in der Logistik
- Du führst Marketingaktivitäten durch, einschließlich E-Mail- sowie Social Media Marketing
- Du führst Webinare und Online-Präsentationen durch, um potenzielle Kund:innen über die Produkte oder Dienstleistungen zu informieren und ihre Fragen zu beantworten
- Du unterstützt das Vertriebsteam bei der Erreichung der Vertriebsziele durch die Generierung und Qualifizierung von Leads, die Erstellung und Durchführung von Produkt- und Kundenpräsentationen und die Erstellung von Angeboten
- Du begleitest Kunden bei allen Anliegen und bietest Ihnen einen exzellenten Service
Im Studium:
- 3 Semester berufsbegleitendes Studium plus 6 Monate Masterthesis
- Theoriephasen in Blockseminaren an der ESB Business School in Reutlingen oder am Herman Hollerith Zentrum in Böblingen
- Praxisbezogene Lehre durch Professor:innen der ESB Business School und der Fakultät Informatik der Hochschule Reutlingen sowie renommierte Expert:innen aus der Praxis
- Eine tolle (Lern-) Atmosphäre in kleinen Gruppen

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium, am besten im Bereich Wirtschaft
- Du hast erste Erfahrung im Vertrieb und/oder Marketing gesammelt, idealerweise im Bereich SaaS oder Logistik
- Du verfügst über starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Kundenorientierung
- Du hast gute Kenntnisse in CRM-Systemen und MS Office
- Du bringst eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit
- Motivation und Lernbereitschaft zeichnen Dich aus
- Nachgewiesene Englischkenntnisse Niveau B2 (nach GER)
- ggf. nachgewiesene Deutschkenntnisse Niveau C1 (nach GER) gemäß der Sprachensatzung der Hochschule Reutlingen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
