Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst Konzeption, Architektur und Implementierung von neuen Features in den Produktstandard
- Du verfolgst Arbeitsfortschritte, Ergebnisse und Kosten und berichtest regelmäßig an die Business Unit Leitung nach
- Du evaluierst und analysierst Feature-Requests, konzipierst deren Umsetzung und bist voll operativ tätig
- Du analysierst mögliche und tatsächliche Fehlerquellen und beseitigst diese nachhaltig und qualitativ
- Du bist für die Qualität deiner Arbeit verantwortlich und sorgst für eine übersichtliche und gute Dokumentation deiner Implementierungen und Artefakte
- Du triffst wesentliche Entscheidungen gemeinsam mit deinem Team und begründest und präsentierst diese

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du solltest mehrere Tage die Woche bei uns vor Ort arbeiten wollen
- Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, Ausbildung oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Softwareentwicklung
- Du bist motiviert, ein Produkt von A bis Z umzusetzen und zu veredeln
- Du bist eine Person, die insgesamt ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein zeigt, woraus geschlossen werden kann, dass du die Schwachstellen nicht nur identifizierst und theoretisch weißt, wie man sie beheben kann, sondern dies auch aktiv tun wirst
- Du hast mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung in Python (Microservices, Docker, DevOps)
- Du hast gute Deutsch- (mindestens B2) und Englischkenntnisse (technisch fließend) in Wort und Schrift

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
